Demons and Exorcists - William Wolfheart - 04-28-2012 01:26 PM The Ship Rocked as it Sailed they were heading to a Port City to meet with Rukia's Uncle Who was a black Smith in the Port City of Drasengrae. Leo walked along the railing as the wind Blew ruffling his Mane. Rukia stood at the bow smiling in her Flowing Dress and He walked up behind her and stood with her. She leaned against the railing as she looked towards the Sea as Leo stood behind her Before they turned and walked back to their Cabin they shared. "Leo..do you think William will be at the Port City when we arrive?" She asked picking up the sword and bringing it closer to her as she sat on the bed. "I don't know. I heard your Uncle is an Excellent Blacksmith though." He said leaning against the wall close to the door. Rukia..I mean...." He stumbled he had called her Princess for so long a Year since they started traveling together and this was the First time he Called her by Her Name. She giggled, "feel free to Call me Rukia...Leo." She said smiling at him her ever bright Smile. "true I am no Fighter..but my mother has taught me other things. I am only Keeper of the Sword..as it's my duty." She closed her eyes. "do you remember the first night we met?" She asked and he nodded. Flashback: 1 Year ago: It was a cold night and Dark and the stars were out as Leo walked along the Streets. A young girl only 15 was in her room brushing her hair Leo walked till he reached the Gates and thought of a way in and Climbed over the Wall and into the Garden. He made his way through and to a window balcony just as Rukia walked out onto the Balcony. HE looked and watched her as she begun to sing and he listened before she saw him. She smiled before hearing her Father and she turned towards him as he walked in and she left to meet with him and Leo looked around before leaving and heading back over the wall and into the town, Soon as she returned He was gone and she smiled wondering who he was before going to bed as it begin to Snow. HE went and grabbing a room went to sleep on the bed as he wondered who it was he saw. End Flashback ****** A day passed before they reached the Port and they packed and grabbed everything and Disembarked the ship and walked into the Town as it bustled with usual Activity, Ships being loaded and Unleaded Merchants selling exotic goods from different Countries. Leo and Rukia both wore Cloaks to keep them warm as it was unusually cold in the city. Leo kept his guard up as he stayed with Rukia as they walked towards a Tavern said to have knowledge of the town. RE: Demons and Exorcists - wolf half-demon kisuki57 - 04-28-2012 02:24 PM A girl with unusually blue eyes walked the streets of the city, toward the castle that always had reports of ghosts and disappearances. she heard an otherworldly singing as she drew near. a black coat gleamed, a silver emblem shining on her chest. she touched the hilt of the sword at her waist, the familiar feel of the hilt all she knows in this unfamiliar place. it's nothing new. she is always in unfamiliar places, as more and more Akuma appear. she can never trust anyone outside of her family, the Order. anyone could be an Akuma, so no one could be trusted. it is common sense, even if it does make one lonely. she contemplates that thought. members of the black order, exorcists especially, are supposed to disappear once they become members. they can never be known to thier family members again, even after they are dead, as thier last duty to the order, so they are never made into Akuma and thier comerades are forced to destroy them. she watches people approach. she grips the handle of her sword, instinctively nervous. her coat draws akuma to her so humans around her can be safer. it does nothing for her safety. she shivers, and not from the cold. she draws her sword, and says calmly, though she doesn't feel it, "innocence, activate," heedless of the looks she draws from those around her, as the Akuma move into thier real forms RE: Demons and Exorcists - William Wolfheart - 04-28-2012 02:37 PM Rukia stopped as her eyes widened, "Leo..what..are those things!?" She shouted as she saw Creatures. Leo drew his sword as the one she held began to glow. They turned and rushed at them as Leo got in front of her roaring. He slashed at one but it did nothing. "what the...." He said just as it swung knocking him aside into a building and Rukia Screamed. She turned and began to run as Leo was knocked unconscious. RE: Demons and Exorcists - wolf half-demon kisuki57 - 04-28-2012 02:40 PM Leia slashed through one of the three Akuma as it burst into flaming dust. she turned on the other two as they turned on two other people. she noted a girl with a glowing sword. the slashed through the two other level one Akuma. "only level one. this is good." she says dispassionately, then observes the one who has been knocked out. he doesn't have the glowing. it was the one who turned and fled. RE: Demons and Exorcists - William Wolfheart - 04-28-2012 03:14 PM Rukia Ran as the Akuma followed and one appeared, it was Large and had Scythes for weapons and Rukia Screamed. "Innocence! Activate!..Arrow of piercing Sorrow!" a voice shouted as an Arrow flew hitting the Akuma and exploding as the Akuma fell to the ground turning to dust and ash. Rukia turned to see a figure with a robe and an Emblem Shining and it jumped and landed. He turned and shot at the two other Akuma making them burst into dust and flame. By that Time Rukia was in tears and the figure took her away before running and grabbing Leo not noticing the other Exorcist. He took them to an Inn before tending to Leo after laying him down as Rukia Clutched the Sword close not letting it go and she soon made her way to Leo and placed the sword down. "w-w-w-will..he be alright?" She asked still in tears and the Figure nodded. "He will..damn..how can Akuma be here...specially a level 4 Akuma. There should be another Excorcist here...I wonder...." He said as he trailed off into deep thoughts before standing up, "stay here." He said upon leaving and going to find the other Exorcist he thought he saw in town. RE: Demons and Exorcists - wolf half-demon kisuki57 - 04-28-2012 04:06 PM Leia wandered up to the top of the tower and retrieved the innocence from the bell that hung from the top of the tower. she tucked it in an inside pocket of her coat. she looked out the window to where the sun was setting across the lake, the red from the dying light of the celestial body glinting off the water and staining the world red like blood. she hoped she could return home after this. "I haven't seen my brother in months..." she says softly to herself. she remembers when he came to her. she had been five when they had taken her away. she had been eleven when he had come. she did not remember those six years. she did remember that day. that day she had been saved. she walked to a window that had been knocked out, and, a line from a play leaping unbidden into her mind, said "Oh Romeo, Romeo, Wherefore art thou Rome? She wore the same B;lack Order Uniform he wore. "hey...you're an Exorcist..aren't you?" he asked as he walked up behind her before stopping. He looked at her and hoped she would turn and look at him. "you found the Innocence I hope?..I had been here for months trying to locate it. The...girl and her companion are well...that is if you were wondering about them and the Sword she carries..it's odd." He said closing his eyes, "oh..I'm William by the way a new Exorcist sent on assignment here." He looked at the girl. ******* Leon woke groaning and Rukia saw him and rushed over and brushed his hair from his face with tears in her eyes, "thank the gods you're alive." She said as he smiled at her before falling back asleep after stirring and she pulled the blanket over him and watched him as she tended to him. "yes, I found a piece of innocence. I believe it is the only one in the area. I was sent to investigate an abnormally large number of Akuma, and I saw it, so I decided to get it before an Akuma did." We can Work together...I've a room we can go stay and make our next move and talk." I said gesturing towards the Inn that wasn't far.
